Why are you reading "America's Directory of Qualified DWI Attorneys"?

I'm a little interested in sobriety checkpoints, fourth amendment
It seems like every night that I drive to the gym I see cops pulling over people at one part of town. I'm almost sure it is a random checkpoint, and wanted to know what my rights are for when I get pulled over and asked to do a random check. I have no rights at sobriety checkpoints! :( You have to submit to any tests they want is what i'm reading on the internet..

Yeah, the constitution has been completely trampled on in recent years. There's a lot of data out stating breathlyzers are horribly unreliable. Face it, the police can do whatever they want.

Yep, police can do almost whatever they want to you...

During my search I found an illinois judge who had sentenced folks on DUI had gotten caught by the police and refused to submit. Well he got charged with a DUI anyways, because it is illegal to refuse to submit. I heard in a bar once that you get less penalties though..
