Hang in there. You aren't retiring tomorrow. You are in it for the long term. This is an opportunity. The stock market is on sale. Think about how many more shares your contributions buy now.
Some of my funds in my 401K have taken a small hit as well. But the good news is I don't retire for at least another 30 years, maybe longer, so that gives plenty of time for my funds to work. While I work for a privately held company, I do admit that I am nervous by merger talks at the big airlines. I am staying put for now because of this, but I am anxious to see where this ends up.
