Well the new apartment is nice, except they forgot to put the washer and drier in the unit. i made sure she wrote it in the lease, initialized it. she said she put a work order in and they would be in on monday. I hope the hell it is. that kind of irritated me. but with everything else, i am getting a good deal.

$850 a month including the pet rent. new carpet. the walls are painted a nice off painted tan. wood burning fireplace. the balacony is HUGE. plus I have a storage room outside. the bedroom has a red accent wall. it is nice. i like it a lot. then there is a walk in closet, yep.

then there are the neighbors. i swear the building is full of dogs!!! i'm like, omg i hope the don't keep me up barking!

i have the rest of april free. plus my security deposit was only $150. no other fees. yep.

I measures out and taped areas on the carpet where stuff will go. The rug will go in front of the fire place. The sofa then will go in front of the sofa. The lazy boy chair will go to the right and middle area next to the sofa. The entertainment will go against the wall to the left and middle of the sofa. The computer area will go to the left of the the fireplace, except I need to buy a computer desk that will fit there.

I will bring my old coffee table and place it on the wall to the right of the fireplace. The dining room will have a dining room set.

The kitty litter box will go in the laundry room and I will keep the door open and or take it off. We'll see. I will place the bed in the corner without the red accent wall against the window and will place some red curtains to cover the window. I will then drill the hole for my canopy on the ceiling above the bed and place the red silk comforter and sheets.

The dark espresso style armoire, dresser, and mirror, chest, and night stand will be delivered on Wednesday.

It is going to be nice except I will have to buy some kind of cart for toting groceries up a flight of stairs.
