I'm going to take about a half hour to write about my day.
Last night I went to bed on a nervous stomach, peptobismol helped alleviate the symptoms and I was finally able to sleep. Taco Bell had ripped apart my stomach with pains. I had quite the nightmares because of it. I dreamnt that
apodino, my boyfriend, was in them. I don't remember all the details but I remember some slutty girl seducing him and stealing him from me. This slutty girl had slept with tons of men and thought nothing of it. I was heartbroken when he had temporarily fallen for her, and then I felt like he was damaged "goods" afterwards.... kind of weird eh?
I woke up this morning first at 7:30, but set the alarm for 8:00 am. I got dressed, ready, and put my boxes of stuff to sell on the table and a chair to reserve by 8:30am. I left the boxes unattended and went to McDonalds to get some breakfast. I got the egg mcmuffin value meal and I kept asking for an english muffin value meal!! The poor guy was like what do you want? After saying it twice, I corrected myself and laughed. I ate on the way home and finished the rest while taking a few minutes to relax in front of the tv.
Then I took my books and diet coke cans to my table and laid out my goods. We were already getting customers at 9:00 am in the morning! Whew! This was a community yard sale and tha apartment complex arranged to put out tables and stuff for us to sell our things as we move.
I emptied out the following:
Used nail polish
Never been used lipstick
Jewelery
Playstation games (yes the shooting ones I never played that *cough* someone gave me)
Charlotte the stuffed the dog, this is a big puppy and i did not want to keep her in the apartment any longer
Suitcase - nobody was interested
Clothes
Kids and random weird crap, which I was able to get rid of
stuffed cat
CDs - someone bought the rap music I had from the 90's
I think I made about $20 but if was fun to sit out and barter with people. It was my first yard sale and I enjoyed it!
My table was quite popular with the little girls. I had cheap rings, neclaces, girl makeup, girly nailpolish and other stuff from when i was a teenager. I got rid most of the items 2 for a quarter. Kids love worthless junk. Some old ladies went through my jewerly. One grandma bought about $3.25 worth of jewlery which was a lot i gave her. Mostly butterfly rings and teenager jewlery. I was surprised a few of my mom's necklaces didn't sell. Oh well. I was suprised how much these little girls walked around with allowance money. They were telling each other and i overheard them (one girl had been given $15). They ask me how much of this will $5 buy. I don't take advantage of kids so I asked them what they wanted and I could give them change for $5. I heard them say the were going to gather and so and so's place and have a makeup party.. hehe....hey if I didn't make much money today at the sale, I made a bunch of kids happy. :)
After the yard sale I came back to my apartment, made some early dinner, and started on my homework. It is long! I also packed my dvd and vhs and some boxes of clothes.
I went to dairy queen and bought an oreo blizzard for a treat, came home and ate it. Did some more homework and then went to Jewel and got some minor groceries for the new apartment and for when
apodino visits, especially his favorite wild cheery pepsi. Although I find it inconvienent to deliver my groceries to the top floor, I did find it convienent to have a a driveway behing my building for me to unload and not have to walk as far. Yep.
Oh yes, stopped and fed margarita. Tried to become friendly again, and more hishing. :( Then I drove on swift road and stopped at the speedway to buy gas @ $2.27 gallon, found it cheaper down the road where I live for $2.23/gallon. Stopped at my apartment complex and put the groceries away and put some sodas in the fridge including water bottles. Came home, took a shower. I'm here now.
I have homework due at noon tomorrow. Do I feel confident in finishing it? No. I'm tired, I want to go to bed.
Tomorrow should be an easy day of packing, scrambling to finish homework, and more packing.
At least my stress level and nervousness and kind of dwindled. Yep.
I am looking forward to when Rich visits, I love him so much and he means so much to me.
