I've tried every trick on the user forums. It says "hardware problem". After about a month of ownership, the product stopped working. Customer service is only available through e-mail. I had to mail at my own expense, the MP3 player to a specified address.
I decided to purchase a warranty protection plan because of the amount of money I spent on this product.
