cute, smiley, freckles, cuddly
we were riding back from the grocery store, down a veyr dark street and pass a set of tracks just near purdue calumet, and dad had a bad memory, he aid he a saw a guy die here.

dad works for the railroad, during his younger days he was a switchman. one day, fate turned out bad for one man and he was caught inbetween equipment, his entire inside organs crushed, however, he was left alive because the equipment was arranged in such a away that his blood was still held in. if they removed te equipment, which they would have too eventually, he would die.

they had gotten the cornor, the man's wife, everybody out there. the man talked to his wife for awhile on what they should do with his funeral. he was planning his immediate funeral while still alive! a few hours passed. after the man and gotten things cleared up, the cornor asked him, "Are you ready?". No, but I can't stay here all night... it sucks. to know that you are going to die.

immediately after they separated his crushed body from th equipment all his blood and organs gushed out and he instantly died.

At least he got to say goodbye to his wife... that "is" something... not much... but "something"... not everyone gets to say goodbye... most people go thru life thinking that they will always have tomorrow... I really consider him lucky to get to say goodbye... that's all...

true. yes it must have been nice to have final words with his wife, but hanging there, numb, knowing that when they remove the equipment, you're dead, that is not reassuring.. grrr... i am just not comfortable about the whole , oh you know you're going to due stuff. ..
