Grrrrrrrrrrrr! The movie had little atmosphere and story, it was mostly ACTION. Whoever directed this, needs to be tortured because of his pisspoor directing of a classic. They messed up Star Trek. I loved the series, the movies, until this. I was very disappointed. The movie honestly sucked.

And whose idea was it, to have Faramir take Frodo and Sam to Minas Tirith, for cryin' out loud?! Not to mention the truncating of the end. At least it had Gollum and the Ents to make up for all that. Though, as happy as I was with the Ents, there wasn't nearly enough rock breaking at Isengard, nor enough "hrm-hooming" in general.
